Join Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor Liz Maher for an interactive workshop designed to deepen emotional literacy and develop a personal visual vocabulary for exploring your inner world.
We’ll:
Explore the basic range of human emotions.
Practice mindfulness techniques to connect with the “felt sense” in the body.
Use image-making as a bridge between somatic experience and verbal expression.
This session will take place immediately following the Art-Based Therapy Panel (10:00–10:30 AM). Participants are highly encouraged to attend the panel as it will enrich the workshop experience.
