Kayla Kroeker, LPC-A, will explain how TTRPGs like Dungeons and Dragons can be utilized by therapists to facilitate personal insight, strengthen relational skills, and improve mental health in both the individual and group setting. Through the lens of attachment theory and psychoanalysis, TTRPGs can be a window into the human unconscious and tell us more about a person’s past experiences, present struggles, and future desires.
