Bio

Alexandra Granato-Garcia is a Central Texas-based Registered Somatic Movement Educator and Therapist (RSME/T) and the founder of Flutura Creative. Rooted in her Indigenous heritage, Alexandra honors ancestral teachings and the natural world as essential partners in the healing process. An alumna of Texas A&M University with a background in Communication and Dance, she combines her academic foundation with advanced training in trauma-informed, somatic, and embodiment practices. Drawing on experiential knowledge, she integrates evidence-based modalities like Shin Somatics® methodology and Rooted BodyBased™ practices to guide individuals and communities toward renewal, resilience, and remembrance of the body's inherited wisdom.

At the heart of Alexandra’s work is a playful yet grounded blend of somatic inquiry and creative expression, The Art of Somatic Living, which includes everyday micro-practices of presence and movement that encourage a continuous dialogue between the intelligent body and the greater flow of life. This practice evolves into a sustainable lifestyle rooted in awareness, intention, and transformation. Through group workshops and private 1:1 sessions, Alexandra is celebrated for her compassionate and inclusive facilitation. She creates safe, supportive spaces where individuals can renew physiological patterns, rebuild self-trust, and confidently turn inspiration into form. This journey nurtures a profound sense of belonging, grounding individuals in their connection to self, community, and their unique place within the greater web of life, cultivating lasting vitality and creative freedom.
