Andrew Roblyer

​Andrew Roblyer (they/he) is a storyteller, leadership coach, and theatre director committed to using story and performance as tools for connection and change. They founded Reckless Kindness Coaching & Consulting to help leaders and organizations embrace emotional intelligence, resilience, and kindness as core strategies for transformation. In Houston, Andrew serves as Artistic Director of The Octarine Accord, producing bold speculative fiction on stage, and created Deconstructing Directing, a free online resource library for theatre directors. Their unusual career path has included designing “immersive theatre for medical students” as a simulation leader in two medical schools, where their programs reached over 900 learners annually and earned awards for innovation and inclusion. Whether in rehearsal rooms, classrooms, or boardrooms, Andrew works to create spaces where people can learn, grow, and imagine new possibilities together.
